A Celebration and Field Day commemorating the arrival of the first Angus bulls in the United States in May 1873 will be on May 20, 2023 in Victoria, Kansas at the Grant Memorial Monument and George Grant gravesite. The event will include cattle displays, speakers, a Certified Angus Beef ® Smoked Brisket lunch, entertainment , a re-dedication of the Monument and wreath laying. Attendees will also have to opportunity to view the George Grant Villa– a short drive from the Celebration site.

Ks Angus Association Members invited to display Angus Cattle
Kansas Angus Association members who are interested in displaying cattle should submit information g by April 15. A limited number pens will be available. A $150 display fee will apply per pen.. Members are limited to 1 pen display 2-3 head ( 1 pair, or up to 3 females. Bulls will not be allowed with the exception of an unweaned bull calf along side of cow in a pair display). All display cattle must me registered Angus.
