- Sale to feature live lots highlighting Angus females.- open show prospects, bred heifers, pairs, 3 in 1's, fall bred cows..
- Sale managed by the Kansas Angus Association. Consignors must be members of the Kansas Angus Association, dues must be current prior to cataloging of consignments.
- Nominate consignments by July 10, at the time of nomination please submit registration number(s) (consignment nomination form available soon) After consignment acceptance* a $100 cataloging fee payable to the KAA must be paid. Fee is non refundable after cataloging- fee will be applied toward sale commissions and costs at settlement.
- All sale book info must be submitted by the consignor to the KAA manager by July 28, including photos and footnotes.
- A goal has been set to offer at least 30-35 lots with costs and fees to the consignor projected at about 12%.
- State, regional and national advertising is planned. The sale book will printed in and featured in the fall Kansas Angus News.
- All consignments must arrive at the sale facility on October 10.

KAA members, we would like to invite you to participate in the Kansas Angus Association 3rd Annual Online Angus Sale, to be held in January of 2014 in conjunction with the events of the KAA annual meeting, banquet and Kansas Angus Futurity Jr. Show. The sale will be hosted by AngusLive and plans are to have the sale go up on the internet on approximately January 15 and close on Monday, January 27 at 7pm CST. Frozen and live lots will be accepted for consignment. Live lots may include elite show heifer or registered Angus steer prospects ,females, herd picks and pregnancies. Frozen may include semen or embryo packages. Consignments will be taken until December 31, 2013 A $50 consignment fee is due at the time of nomination and will only be refunded if the entry is not accepted by the committee or sale manager. Consignment fee will cover online hosting and advertising. A flat 5% commission on all lots sold will be assessed for KAA and AngusLive, deducted from sale proceeds prior to final settlement with consigner. Consignors must be KAA members. KAA and AngusLive will advertise sale mainly through internet ads and printed flyers; consigners are expected to promote the sale and their consignments. Consigners will be allowed display space for either live lots or promotional materials on January 25 –26 in the Prairie Pavilion, Kansas State Fairgrounds, during the activities of the Kansas Angus Futurity. If enough interest among those consigning show heifer or steer prospects– special class(es) will be highlighted during the KAF junior show for promotion of the consignments and sale, prizes will be awarded.

· Submit consignment by Dec 31, 2013 to: Anne Lampe, Kansas Angus Association, 5201 E Road 110, Scott City, Kansas 67871 or email: kansasangus@wbsnet.org– www.kansasangus.org for consignment form.
· Please be sure to include registration number(s) of live lots and breeding information if applicable, registration numbers of sire and dam of embryos plus complete package description including number and grade of embryos offered and guarantees, sire name and registration number of semen and number of straws offered. Footnote information.
· Include $50 consignment fee (per lot) with nomination for advertising . Fee must be collected prior to posting on internet and is non-refundable after consignment is accepted. Check payable to KS Angus Assn and mailed to Anne Lampe.
· Submit photo and footnote information by January 5.
· Seller is responsible for shipping embryos and semen; the KAA assumes no responsibility for shipping. Seller is responsible for transfer of live lots.
