KAA to Award a Scholarship to a Young Angus Producer
Application deadline is January 2, 2024
The Kansas Angus Association board of directors are excited to announce that the KAA will award 1- $500 scholarship to young college-age Kansas Angus producer .The scholarship winner will be announced during the KAA annual banquet January 20 2024 in Hutchinson . The application deadline is January 2, 2024, applicants will be required to submit an online application and essay. The application is posted on www.kansasangus.org.
Eligibility:
1. Applicants must be enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college or technical school for the spring 2024 semester,
Proof of enrollment may be requested.
2. Applicant’s parents , grandparents or family farm/ranch must be member’s of the Kansas Angus Association.
3. Applicant must be currently involved in producing Angus cattle or actively involved in their family's Angus operation.
4. Previous winners are NOT eligible to apply.

B. An essay describing your Angus involvement, work and future plans. The essay must be submitted with this application do not email separately Please upload your essay as PDF file- preferred or word file Essay cannot exceed 2 pages, double spaced.
